TradeVersity offers accredited and non-accredited educational programmes, including a Level 5 Diploma in Financial Trading delivered in partnership with external awarding bodies. While we work with recognised bodies and partners, successful completion of any programme does not guarantee employment, funding, or trading profits. Career support and opportunities may depend on market conditions, your performance, and third-party requirements.

Clone trading, automated pools, and related tools aim to mirror or follow trading activity from selected traders or strategies. These services do not remove risk and may result in financial loss.

TradeVersity may provide access to physical or digital products (such as health products or fragrances) and related reseller or affiliate opportunities. Product information, pricing, and commissions are described within the relevant programme or back-office.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate; however, minor variations may occur. Your rights as a consumer (including returns or refunds) will be set out in the specific product or programme terms where applicable.

10. Affiliate & IBO Programme

Affiliates and Independent Business Owners (“IBOs”) can earn commissions from referrals, sales, and network growth in line with the current compensation plan. Participation is governed by additional Affiliate / IBO terms and policies, which you must read and accept separately.

We reserve the right to update the compensation plan, qualification criteria, and bonus structures. Any misuse, unethical behaviour, or misrepresentation of TradeVersity may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate / IBO status.

11. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Some Services require payment of fees (for example, course enrolments, subscriptions, or packages). Prices and currency will be displayed at the point of purchase.

Payments are generally processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Our refund policy, if applicable, will be outlined at the point of sale or within specific programme terms. Where no explicit refund policy is provided, all sales are considered final, except where required by law.

All content on our website and platforms—including text, graphics, videos, logos, icons, software, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to TradeVersity and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVersity and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

These Terms, to the extent that they relate to the purchase or use of any tangible goods or physical products supplied by us, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that grant you additional rights in your country of residence.

Digital Products

These Terms, to the extent that they relate to the purchase, access, or use of any digital goods, online services, or electronically delivered products, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that grant you additional rights in your country of residence.
